Tereziu Edilizia Srl is a family-run building company rooted in years of hands-on work, skill and generational continuity. Founded by Tereziu Pandeli, the company is now run together with his son Tereziu Klaudios, combining decades of field experience with a direct, personal approach to every client.
For over 30 years we have worked in civil construction with a clear method: one project at a time. This means our complete attention, presence and expertise goes to your build — not spread across multiple sites.
We operate along the Tuscan coast and inland, working on residential properties, farmhouses, estates, renovation projects and structural works for both Italian and international clients.

For farmhouse and estate projects we consider locations further afield.

We work with respect for the original architecture, using appropriate materials and preserving characteristic details such as Florentine cornices, stone walls and traditional finishes.
Yes, we build reinforced concrete swimming pools as part of our broader structural capability. We also carry out reinforced concrete foundations and piling works — ensuring precision and quality at every stage of construction.
Yes, we carry out all types of excavation, site clearance and earthworks using modern, state-of-the-art excavators. This includes foundation excavation, site levelling, underground garage construction and drainage works — often as an integrated part of a larger project.
